My goal is to make your first experience with me as amazing and seamless as possible! Here is what you can expect from your first visit.
Your experience starts when you use the online booking system to schedule your first appointment, as I do 100% of my booking online. Please take a look through all my services located on the services tab in the menu, and choose which description best aligns with your vision.

Upon scheduling you will receive a text confirming your appointment. In that text, there will be a link which will take you directly to your appointment information. You can simply refer back for all timing, date and service information. You can also use this link if, for any reason, you need to reschedule, cancel or alter your appointment. For changes, I do ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid any rescheduling fees. You will also receive a welcome email outlining your appointment, as well as directions to my studio and parking information.

Upon arrival, we will have a thurough consultation where we can talk about your hair goals and map out a plan for long term and/or short term services to achieve your desired look. I will show you quick and easy styling tips you can do at home, along with product recommendations tailored to your hair needs.

All color formulas are custom blended for each guest and are recorded in my system so it is always accessible at each visit. We also have a variety of amenities available to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

We'll wrap up your visit with at home care recommendations, discuss the next steps in your hair plan, and/or set you up with your next appointment.
