NEW REGULATIONS & POLICIES

Due to COVID-19, new regulations, policies and safety measures have created to ensure that all clients and stylists remain happy and healthy during the re-opening phase of the studio. Please read all the information provided below.
New Regulations & Client Guidelines:
Face coverings or masks are required to enter the facility and are to remain on during the duration of your appointment. If you do not have a mask, I will have some for purchase at $3 per mask.
⎔ No one is allowed to accompany you to your appointment. Unfortunately, this includes friends, family and children without exception. The common areas of Salon Republic will be off limits, as well as loitering in hallways or in studios. If someone wants to remain nearby during your appointment, they must stay outside of the facility in the surrounding areas of the Mall.
⎔ Salon Republic's doors will remain locked at all times. When you arrive to your appointment, you must notify me via text or email. I will escort you to and from the entrance, once all previous clients have exited and it is safe for you to enter.
⎔ All clients will be screened upon entering the facility. This may include a temperature check and/or COVID related questions. You will also be required to wash your hands and fill out paper work.
⎔ If you have traveled out of the country within the last 14 days, are coughing excessively, have a fever or are visibly sick in any way, do not come. You will be asked to leave immediately and your appointment will be rescheduled. NO EXCEPTIONS.
New Policies:
TARDINESS:
⎔ Clients arriving MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE will automatically have their appointment cancelled and rescheduled.
⎔ Because we only allow one client in the studio at a time, every appointment will timed accordingly. If you are more than 15 minutes late, there will no longer be enough time to complete your service(s) before the next client.
⎔ Please respect my time, and yours, by accounting for traffic, parking or any other factors that may effect your arrival time prior to leaving for your appointment.
Safety Measures:
To ensure the safety of all clients, I have implemented the following practices:
⎔ Sanitation and sterilization of all tools, equipment and furniture before and after each client.
⎔ Disposable capes and chair covers for each client.
⎔ Hand Sanitizer available for guests at all times.
⎔ Installation of HEPA Air Purifier in the studio.
⎔ Disposable cups for water, coffee or tea. (We will be suspending snacks and all other touchable amenities at this time.)
⎔ Protective face coverings or masks on all stylists.
